Service Opportunities

Al-Anon's Twelfth Step suggests we, "carry this message to others. . . ." We do this through service to relatives and friends of alcoholics. Service work can take many different forms, such as sharing one's story at a meeting, making a telephone call to reach out to a member, setting up coffee at a meeting, or contributing time at the Service Center answering phones or stuffing mail. Training is available for phone duties at the Service Center.

Let it Begin with Me! Spring inspires new beginnings and growth. Service opportunties help put recovery into action. We are seeking persons who would like to get involved with day and night volunteer shifts, literature management, group records, and technology. (Read more.)

The Al-Anon Service Center amended its bylaws on April 23, 2011 (read bylaws).
